AvemaLink is a mobile application provided by AVEMA (紘鈦科技股份有限公司, “AVEMA,” “we,” or “us”) for authorized users to view and manage fleet, vehicle, device, and asset information. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the AvemaLink mobile app, why it is used, and how you can contact us about your information.
Depending on your account permissions and the features you use, AvemaLink may handle:
Account and login information: your username, account identifier, organization, role, login credentials, and authentication tokens. If you choose “Remember username and password,” the app saves those credentials in your device’s protected storage. You can turn off this option.
Fleet and operational information: vehicle and device names, identifiers, locations, routes, speed, status, alerts, geofence information, temperature readings, and asset information made available through your organization’s AvemaLink service. Some of this information may relate to an identifiable driver or other person.
Notification information: your push notification token, device name or model, operating system, notification preferences, and the alerts sent to your device.
Information you provide through the app: for example, device settings, geofence settings, and vehicle location sharing settings, where your account is permitted to use those features.
Technical information: information needed to connect to and protect the service, such as connection records, request times, IP address, and error or security logs.
Fleet locations shown in the app come from vehicles, tracking devices, and the AvemaLink service. The fleet map does not use your phone’s GPS location to locate you.
We use this information to:
Sign you in and apply your organization’s access permissions.
Display fleet locations, history, alerts, and other features available to your account.
Save settings you choose and deliver notifications you enable.
Provide support, maintain the service, investigate errors, and protect accounts and systems.
Meet applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Information is available to AVEMA personnel and to users authorized by the relevant organization, according to their roles and permissions.
We use service providers where needed to operate app features. For example, map providers help display maps, and push notification providers, including Expo and the device platform’s notification service, process the information needed to deliver notifications. These providers may process the relevant technical information and notification content under their own terms and privacy policies.
If an authorized user creates a vehicle location sharing link, anyone who receives that link may see the selected location information according to the link’s settings. The user who created the link should share it carefully and can revoke it using the available controls.
We do not use information handled through AvemaLink to display targeted advertising in the app.
AvemaLink communicates with the production service over HTTPS. We use account permissions and other technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access. When you choose to save login credentials on your phone, the app uses the device’s protected storage. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide AvemaLink, maintain account and system security, and meet applicable contractual or legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account or related information by emailing info@avema.com.tw . After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed. If certain information must be retained for legal, contractual, security, or dispute resolution purposes, we will limit its use and retain it only for the necessary period before deleting or de-identifying it. We will explain the outcome of your request.
You can control notification permissions through your device settings and, where available, notification preferences in the app. You can also choose whether the app remembers your username and password.

We may update this Privacy Policy when AvemaLink features or data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
